Arrival at Kenyatta International Airport, be met by Elida tours and safaris
Representative and be transferred to Pan Africa Hotel for you overnight
Leave Nairobi in the morning and drive through the Great Rift Valley with
good views of Mt Longonot and Suswa. Past Narok town the market center
for the Maasai people.
Arrive in the Maasai Mara in time for lunch at the Mara Sarova lodge.
All the big five can be found here plus other animals as they roam in
these expansive plains. Afternoon game drives in the reserve. Dinner and
overnight at the lodge.
Early morning game drive, later go back to the lodge at about 0830 hours
for breakfast. Mid day at leisure. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game
drive and see animals as they try to grasp their last food before dusk.

After breakfast, head to lake Nakuru National park. Arrive at Sarova Lion
Hill Lodge in time for lunch. This lake happens to be the home to a lot
of bird life, and has also been described as the greatest ornithological
spectacle in the world, boasting of thousands of flamingoes, which paint
the lake pink. Late evening game drive. This park has a lot of plain game;
gazelles and elands. It is also a rhino sanctuary with both white and
black rhinos. Also to be found here is the one and only Euphorbia forest
in Kenya. Game drive in the evening will take you to the Makalia falls
and Baboon cliff to have a bird’s eye view of the lake. Dinner and
over night at the lodge.
After breakfast check out and leave this fantastic ornithological site
and drive towards Nyahururu town where you will have a brief stopover
at the Thompson falls. You then proceed with a journey that will see you
cross the equator, and pass by the 2nd highest mountain in Africa, Mt
Kenya, which will offer you a perfect chance to see snow capped Mt Kenya
on a clear day. Your destination today is Mt Kenya Safari Club Its strategic
location offers panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks of the mountain.
The afternoon at leisure with wide choice of activities such as golf,
horse riding, fishing, guided bird walks and a visit to the animal orphanage
adjacent. Dinner and overnight at the club.
After breakfast, drive north on to the semi arid land of northern Kenya
on to Samburu National Reserve. After lunch the afternoon is spent at
leisure before going for a late afternoon game drive. This is the park
where a Lioness adopted a baby Oryx.

Another day is spent exploring this reserve with game drives along Ewaso
Nyiro River; the source of life for the abundant wildlife in this arid
place. This gives you a chance to see the rare northern species, gravy’s
zebra, reticulated giraffe, Gerenuks and the Somali ostrich. Expect to
see the big five apart from the rhino, plains game and a lot of bird life
too. Dinner and overnight Samburu lodge.
This day you leave the dry north and drive to the green farmlands of the
Kikuyu in the central province. Tea and coffee plantations dot the land.
Arrive at the Aberdares Country Club for lunch. Later their vehicles will
pick you for a transfer to The Ark in the Aberdares National Park for
the overnight. Note that only an overnight bag is needed for the Ark,
all the other luggage is left at the club. The Ark is a tree hotel offering
you a chance to see the animals as they come to the water hole and salt
lick. Note that is named after the Noah’s ark in the Bible
Dinner and overnight at the Ark.
Leave central Kenya and drive past the tea, coffee and pineapple plantations
to arrive in the bustling capital; Nairobi. After lunch, drive southwards
to Amboseli national park. Check in at Ol Tukai lodge and proceed for
a game drive. This is the best place in the world to see the big herds
of elephant, giraffes and lots of plain game can also be seen feeding
in the swamps formed from waters coming down from Mt Kilimanjaro.
This whole day is spent in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drive
viewing wildlife. With the backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain,
Kilimanjaro, it is a photographer’s paradise. Dinner and overnight
at the lodge.
After breakfast, say kwaheri to you host, with a game drive enroute as
you drive towards the border town of Namanga where your Tanzania leg of
the safari begins. Depart for Lake Manyara, and proceed for a game drive
in the Lake Manyara National Park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Drive to Serengeti national park where herds of wildebeest, zebra and
gazelles roam the plains. Serengeti itself means endless plains. F/B Serengeti

Another full day at this park. The optional hot air balloon ride is a
unique experience not to be missed. Taking off at dawn, wildlife viewing
from a different vantage and a breakfast on the plains. F/B Serengeti

A leisurely drive to the Ngorongoro crater, stopping at Olduvai Gorge
to visit the local museum. Arrive at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge for check in
and lunch. Afternoon at your own leisure.
This day is spent at the crater floor with picnic breakfast, returning
to your lodge for late lunch. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Start your journey back in the morning; stop at Arusha for early lunch
before continuing to Nairobi. Late afternoon flight to Mombasa. Be met
on arrival and transferred to Whitesands Beach Hotel. Your days here are
spent at leisure, you can choose to relax in the hotel or explore the
many options that the Kenya coast has to offer. Eg A visit to Mombasa
old town and Fort Jesus, Gedi ruins in Malindi, Haller Park, Arabuko sokoke
forest, Wasini Island
Say kwaheri to your host and fly back to Nairobi. This day will be spent
doing the Nairobi city tour, a visit to the Karen Blixen museum, and Shopping
for souvenirs later have dinner at the carnivore restaurant have a taste
of barbecued crocodile and other game meat.
Depending with your flight schedule you will be transferred to the airport
for your flight back home
