ETS 065 Tarangire - Lake Manyara - Serengeti - Ngorongoro crater - 7 Days

DAY 1 TARANGIRE -
Morning drive to Tarangire National park, situated in a vast valley offering beautiful views over savannah grassland. After lunch and a game drive, retire to the lodge for the night (120kms, 2hrs).

DAY 2 LAKE MANYARA -
Continue to lake Manyara park for lunch, game drive and overnight. (205kms, 4-½ hrs)

DAY 3 SERENGETI -
After breakfast proceeds to Gibb's farm for lunch. Continue to Serengeti National park for the night

DAY 4 SERENGETI -
Full day game viewing in the Serengeti encompassing the largest migratory concentration of plains game in the world.

DAY 5 NGORONGORO -
After a morning game drive and breakfast, continue to Olduvai Gorge. Proceed to Ngorongoro for the night. (250kms, 6hrs)

DAY 6 NGORONGORO -
Descend 2000ft to the crater floor, for a full day of game viewing amongst the panoply of wildlife.

DAY 7 ARUSHA -
After breakfast, return to Arusha, arriving before lunch (290kms, 4 hrs)

Alternatives
Tanzania road safaris also originate form Nairobi or Mombasa with border formalities at Namanga or Taveta respectively, before proceeding to Arusha alternatively; regular flights are available from Nairobi and Mombasa to Tanzania.
